On May 3 of this year, the UVM observatory on Informal Labor and Economy was officially launched, created under the context of the Erasmus + LATWORK project: “Developing Research and Innovation Capacities of Latinamerican HEI for the Analysis of Informal Labor Market”. The activity was attended by John Jairo Marín Restrepo from Fundación Universitaria Área Andina, Colombia and Roberto Gormaz Araya from Unoversidad Viña del Mar, Chile. Both panelists presented on “Informal work and gender”, from the perspective of their countries.
